Work you'll do/Responsibilities 10+ years' experience including requirements analysis, specification creation, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance & implementation of Oracle Applications and related Technologies in a Techno-Functional Role preferably in health care and claims processing. Hands-on involvement in business requirement gathering, GAP analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, setups & user training.

Experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Discoverer, Forms/Reports 10g, Unix Shell Scripting. Experience in the preparation of Functional Design (MD050), Technical Design (MD070), Setup (BR100), Migration (MD120) documents system Test scripts and Test Case scenarios for RICE Components. Expertise in Tuning SQL statements to improve execution performance using TKPROF, SQL Trace, etc.

Ability to work interactively with users, management and support. Experience in Coordinating with the business team to monitor development and implementation progress. Pro-actively identify areas of opportunity and work to finding solutions that meet the business needs of the customer Defined best practices in controlling the implementation and production usage of Oracle Applications.
